Realise Advocacy works with pharmaceutical companies, patient organisations, researchers and healthcare leaders to make sure lived experience helps shape strategy, research, policy and decision-making.

We bring people together, turn insight into useful evidence and help organisations make practical change.

What We Do

We help organisations understand communities, build stronger relationships and develop strategies that reflect what matters to people affected by rare and complex conditions.

We design lived-experience-led research, co-production and policy evaluation that turns people’s experiences into useful evidence, recommendations and practical change.

We support patient organisations and life sciences teams with access and HTA, helping them gather meaningful evidence and involve communities throughout the process.

We create practical training, tools and support to help teams build confidence, skills and capacity.

Why Realise Advocacy?

Better decisions, shaped by lived experience

We help organisations bring lived experience into strategy, research, access, policy and decision-making then turn insight into practical change

Realise Advocacy brings together nearly 30 years of experience across patient advocacy, organisational leadership, health policy, access and lived-experience-led research.

Connected
Collaborative
Practical

We understand patient communities, but also the organisations and systems trying to work with them. That helps us connect lived experience with the people making decisions.

Our strength is bringing different perspectives together, building strong relationships and creating space for people to work through complex challenges together.

We turn lived experience and evidence into clear, useful action -  whether that means shaping strategy, improving research, influencing policy, supporting access or helping organisations work differently.

Work with us

We work flexibly with pharmaceutical companies, patient organisations, researchers and other partners - from focused pieces of work to longer-term collaborations.

If you have a project, challenge or idea you’d like to discuss, we’d be happy to hear from you.
